while we wish to be able to accept all returns, we are only currently able to accept refund, returns & exchanges in the case of: 

  • a defective item
  • an incorrect item

Refund & Returns
Our team invests considerable effort into quality control prior to shipping your order. As a result, items without defects may not be considered eligible for returns or refunds.

Purchases made on may be returned, exchanged or refunded within (7) days upon purchase. The product(s) must abide to these terms:


Full priced items only.

Original condition with packaging and tags intact.


Original receipt or invoice.


"change of mind" option is not applicable.

  • All shipping costs will be borne by customers.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Refunds and price difference, if any, will be credited to your bank account according to your original payment method within (30) working days. You will be notified if your return, refund / exchange request is accepted.
  • brïk. is not liable for parcels lost in transit during return.
  • brïk. reserves the right to refuse a return should the item arrive in dissatisfactory condition.
  • Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
  • This policy only applies to purchases made on or throughout Malaysia.
  • brïk. is not responsible for third party purchases (ie: from personal shopper)
  • brïk. ensures all parcels are securely packed before dispatch and are not liable for any damage incurred during transit.

Please be aware that brïk. reserve the right to decline returns if the specified conditions are not met. Returns and refunds may be declined even in cases where conditions are fulfilled. Accounts exhibiting suspicious return behavior may undergo monitoring and potential suspension.

Step 1:
Email us at - provide proof of an incorrect / defective item - look out for a reply from our team 

Step 2:
Return your item(s) in its original condition via courier to the provided office address - sorry, we do not accept drop offs at the moment

Step 3:
Look out for a confirmation email on your return, refund / exchange status.

Step 4:
Refund or exchange process.


  1. How many returns or exchanges are allowed?
    Items purchased are valid for one time return or exchange only

  2. What is the method of refund?
    All refunds and returns will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund lead time varies. 

  3. Can I exchange for a different item?
    Yes! If the new item is lower priced, the difference will be returned via online banking. For higher differences, we will advise on the additional payment to be made.

  4. Will my reward points be refunded if I return my item?
    We apologize, but we regret to inform you that your reward points are non-refundable.

  5. Can I come and collect or return a parcel in person?
    While we'd love to see you, our small team & humble office are unable to accept walk-ins. We're working on it! :) Thus, all return / exchange processes must be made via courier.
