we accept returns, refunds & exchanges only if:

  • a defective item
  • an incorrect item

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind.

Refund & Returns Policy 

Our team invests considerable effort into quality control prior to shipping your order. As a result, items without defects may not be considered eligible for returns or refunds.

Purchases made on bybrik.com may be returned, exchanged or refunded within seven (7) days upon receiving. Customers must provide proof of the delivery date to verify the return period.

Order Cancellation Policy

We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind. Once an order is placed, it is considered final. This helps us ensure fair access to our products for all customers and allows us to manage our inventory and operations efficiently.

Conditions for Returns & Refunds

   Only applicable for full-priced items

   Item must be in its original condition, with packaging and tags intact

  A valid receipt or invoice must be provided

  Returns, refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted

For defective or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by brïk through a prepaid return label or reimbursement upon proof of payment. Prepaid return labels will only be issued after brïk inspects and approved the defect claim. 

Exchange is only allowed if an item is defective or incorrect was received. brïk will cover all costs for such exchanges.

Defective items are eligible for exchange only after inspection and approval by brïk.

Refunds are only applicable if a wrong item was received, and the correct item is sold out. 

If a defective item is approved for exchange but is sold out, customers may opt for another design / colour of similar value or request a refund. 

Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. 

Refunds and price difference, if any, will be credited to your bank account according to your original payment method within thirty (30) working days. You will be notified if your return, refund / exchange request is accepted.

Sale items and purchased made using vouchers are not eligible for returns or exchange unless defective or incorrect. 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14-21 working days. 

Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service for returns. If a return is arranged using brïk's prepaid label, we assume responsibility for lost parcels. 

brïk reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions, or should the returned item arrive in dissatisfactory condition. 

Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.

brïk is not responsible for purchases made through third parties, such as personal shoppers. 

brïk ensures all parcels are securely packed before dispatch. If an item arrived damaged, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. 

Accounts exhibiting suspicious return behavior may undergo monitoring and potential suspension.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly from www.bybrik.com and within Malaysia. 

Please note that brïk reserve the right to decline returns if the specified conditions are not met. Returns and refunds may be declined even in cases where conditions are fulfilled. 

When the Item is Found Non-Defective

If a returned item is found to be non-defective after inspection:

  • The customer will be notified and given 14 days to arrange return shipping at their own cost
  • Failure to do so will result in the item being considered unclaimed and will be responsibly disposed of.
  • Refunds will not be issued for non-defective returns. 
  • In certain cases, brïk may offer a partial refund at its sole discretion

How to Return Your Item

Step 1:
Email us at ask@bybrik.com with proof of defect or incorrect item (photos/videos/unboxing video) within 48 hours of receiving the item. Wait for confirmation from our team. 

Step 2:
Once approved, return the item in its original condition via courier. If a prepaid return label is provided, use it. Personal drop-offs are not accepted.

Step 3: 
Look out for a confirmation email on your return, refund or exchange status.

Step 4:
Refunds or exchanges will be processed as per the terms outlined above.

  1. How many returns or exchanges are allowed?
    Each item is eligible for a one-time return or exchange, limited to cases where a defective or incorrect item is received. 

  2. What is the method of refund?
    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within thirty (30) working days

  3. Can I exchange for a different item?
    Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. 
    "Change of mind" exchanges are not allowed.

  4. Will my reward points be refunded if I return my item?
    No, reward points used in the purchase are non-refundable.

  5. Can I return or collect a parcel in person?
    All return / exchange processes must be completed via courier only.
