Local courier service: DHL & Ninja Van
Delivery fee ranges; depending on the receiver's address & weight of the parcel.
Tracking number will automatically be provided (via email) once your order is fulfilled & shipped out.
International Delivery: Singapore

Has my order been shipped out yet?
We’re just as excited as you are, but hang in there. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk / Spam Mail just in case it's not in your inbox.

How do I track my orders?
Once you have received your tracking number via email, click “Track my parcel” to trace the current status of your parcel on our website. You can also track the parcel at the courier's website too.

My tracking number is not traceable. Help?
The tracking number will be traceable once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Please do give it at least 24 hours to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during the weekend or on public holiday, the tracking number will be traceable once your parcel has been scanned by the courier.

Why does my tracking say invalid or 'Pending Pickup'?
Once you receive a tracking number, it means your order is being processed and packed. Here’s what you need to know if your tracking status shows:
- Invalid: Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. If the issue persists, you can visit www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking and manually enter the provided tracking number.
- Pending Pickup: This indicates that your order is still being processed and is awaiting collection by our courier.

Why does my order status say 'Unfulfilled'?
This means your order has been successfully received but is still in queue to be processed. Rest assured, we are preparing to process your order soon.
Once your order is processed, the status will update to 'Fulfilled,' and you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Can I opt for self pick-up, instant delivery via Grab or Lalamove?
Due to the high volume of orders, we are unable to accommodate self-collection or instant deliveries via Grab or Lalamove at this time.
Implementing these options may disrupt our operations, impact our fulfillment process, and affect our ability to maintain the planned timelines.

I need to edit my shipping details. How can I do that?
For security and policy reasons, only our team can make changes to shipping details. If you need to correct a typo in your address, please email us at ask@bybrik.com
Please note that we’re unable to make any changes once an order has been fulfilled.
