FAQ:

  1. Has my order been shipped out yet?

    We’re just as excited as you are, but hang in there. Once your order has been processed and packed, we will email you a unique tracking code for you to keep an eye on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your Junk / Spam Mail just in case it's not in your inbox.

    Your order will be processed and ready for shipping within 2 business days.

  2. How do I track my orders
    With just a click of a button! Once you have received your tracking number via email, click “Track my parcel” to trace the current status of your parcel on our website. You can also track the parcel at the courier's website too.
     
  3. My tracking number is not traceable. Help?
    The tracking number will be traceable once it has been collected and processed by the courier. Please do give it at least 24 hours to be processed on the courier’s end. If your order was completed during the weekend or on public holiday, the tracking number will be traceable on the next working day.

  4. Can I opt for self pick-up?
    Regrettably, our snug team and petite office space presently hinder us from accommodating walk-in patrons; therefore self pick-up is not available yet. In the near future, hopefully :)

  5. It has been 7 working days, I have yet to receive my parcel. Help?
