Location: Kota Damansara, MY

Availability: Immediate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company’s daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, invoicing, payments and receipts.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly management reports.
  • Maintain proper bookkeeping on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
  • Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Plus Points

  • Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting (added advantage)
  • Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

fulfilment & operations assistant

Location: Kota Damansara, MY
Type: Part-time [Temporary]
Availability: Immediate
Salary: RM10 per hour, up to 9 hours daily

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment & Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves packing, quality checking, and handling goods, and is suitable for individuals who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily packing and quality control (QC) of items
  • Assist with loading, unloading and organizing stocks
  • Carry and move goods with the warehouse (heavy lifting may be required)
  • Ensure items are packed accurately and meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace

What We’re Looking For

We are hiring multiple part-time fulfilment & operations assistants

  • Malaysian, minimum 18 years old
  • Physically fit and able to perform heavy-duty tasks
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to achieve daily targets
  • Responsible, punctual and detail oriented
  • Capable of working independently with strong attention to instructions
  • Own transport required for commuting to the warehouse

  • Prior warehouse or packing experience is an advantage
