Accounts & Finance Executive
Location: Kota Damansara, MY
Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executiveto manage the company’s daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, invoicing, payments and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
- Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Plus Points
- Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting (added advantage)
- Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Social Media & Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives on social media, has a strong eye for aesthetics, and is excited to learn how a fashion brand builds its voice and community.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative team to support content creation, campaign execution, and day-to-day social media activities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Support content ideation for campaigns, launches and events.
- Assist with copywriting for marketing materials.
- Monitor social media performance and engagement.
- Keep up with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Support marketing initiatives such as photoshoots, events and promotions.
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Fashion or related fields.
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and fashion / lifestyle brands.
- Basic skills in content creation (CapCut or similar tools are a plus)
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
