We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company’s daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and assist in maintaining accurate financial records. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily accounting operations including AP/AR, invoicing, payments and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Maintain proper bookkeeping on a daily basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow regularly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
- Support management with financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Plus Points
- Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting (added advantage)
- Strong integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

fulfilment & operations assistant
Location: Kota Damansara, MY
Type: Part-time [Temporary]
Availability: Immediate
Salary: RM10 per hour, up to 9 hours daily
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Fulfillment & Operations Assistant (Part-Time) to support our daily warehouse operations. This role involves packing, quality checking, and handling goods, and is suitable for individuals who are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle daily packing and quality control (QC) of items
- Assist with loading, unloading and organizing stocks
- Carry and move goods with the warehouse (heavy lifting may be required)
- Ensure items are packed accurately and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
What We’re Looking For
We are hiring multiple part-time fulfilment & operations assistants
- Malaysian, minimum 18 years old
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy-duty tasks
- Strong work ethic with the ability to achieve daily targets
- Responsible, punctual and detail oriented
- Capable of working independently with strong attention to instructions
- Own transport required for commuting to the warehouse

- Prior warehouse or packing experience is an advantage
